LTZ Group is based in Brisbane, Australia. This page explains how the website handles personal information under Australian privacy expectations.
Cookies
We use first-party cookies only. On the public site there is just one: a language cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) that stores whether you chose English or Spanish; it is set when you switch language or open the site in a language other than your browser's, and it has no expiry date, so your browser deletes it when it closes. The private admin has its own: opening its pages sets two security cookies from our sign-in system (a protection token against forged requests, and the page to return to after signing in), which your browser deletes when it closes, and signing in sets a session cookie that lasts up to 7 days. The site also remembers whether you have already seen the opening animation, in your browser's session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab. There is no advertising tracker and no third-party marketing cookie.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand traffic and performance in aggregate. Those tools are provided by our hosting platform and do not sell your personal information to advertisers.
Contact form
If you send a message through the Info page, we collect your name, email address, and message so we can reply. That information is delivered to our inbox and is not used for marketing lists. Messages sent through the form or to our email addresses are also stored in our private admin so we can reply and keep a record of enquiries.
No sale of personal information
We do not sell personal information. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
